听觉障碍儿童自我意识与心理健康的研究

本研究采用《Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表》与《心理健康诊断测验(MHT)》对重庆市223名听觉障碍儿童进行了测试,探讨听觉障碍学生的自我意识与心理健康的现状及其相互关系。结果表明:听觉障碍学生的心理问题检出率由高到低分别是恐怖倾向,身体症状,对人焦虑和冲动倾向;自我意识较差表现在躯体外貌与属性、智力与学校情况、合群等方面。性别、障碍程度和城乡环境差异中仅性别因素在心理健康方面产生了显著差异;不同自我意识水平的听觉障碍学生其心理健康状况存在显著差异。

Research on the Self-Concept and Mental Health of Hearing Impaired Children

In this research we measured 223 hearing impaired children by means of "Piers-Harris Children' self-concept scale" and "the Mental Health Diagnostic Test" and probed into the relationship between their self-concept and mental health. The result showed that the checking degree of psychological problem of hearing impaired children' exists from high to low,they are horror trend, symptom of body worried-about-others and impulse trend. The Physical Appearance and Attributes, Intellectual and School Status,and Popularity factors were rather poor in self-concept. Only the sex factor did show obvious difference in their mental health. There were obvious differences in their mental health among the three kinds level of self-concept.
