摘    要:通过对铜铋银铁合金的化学成分、组织结构与性能之间关系的研究 ,论述了成功制造具有优良的物理性能和电性能的真空开关触头材料铜铋银铁合金的工艺方法及工艺流程。

Abstract:By means of the research into the relations among the chemical composition and the structure and the property of Cu Bi Ag Fe alloy, the paper expounds the prepration method and the technological process of Cu Bi Ag Fe alloy material, and proves that 10kV, 31.5kA vacuum switch can be manufactured employing the Cu Bi Ag Fe alloy material with excellent physical and electric property.
