摘    要:本文研究了激光照射对冬小麦萌发、幼苗生长及过氧化物酶同工酶的影响。结果表明:用激光照射冬小麦种子,能够显著地提高种子发芽率和幼苗前期生长速度。此外,激光照射不同程度地抑制了主胫根的生长,但对侧根的影响不甚明显。过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)的分析结果显示出,芽鞘与主胚根POD同工酶谱带的变化规律一致,即激光照射1min后POD同工酶谱带数减少,2min后,POD谱带数则增加。

Abstract:In this paper,the influence of laser irradiation on germination and peroxidase isozyme(POD) in the winter wheat seedling was evaluated.The results indicated that budding frequency and growth speed in the early stage were significantly increased after laser irradiation.Growth inhibition for main roots was also observed in varying degree after treatment with laser.On the other hand, growth inhibition for lateral roots was not so remarkable.In addition,hand pattern changes for POD in the plumule and radicle were the same after laser irradiation.In above two positions,band number was decreased with treatment of laser for 1 minute.But after irradition for 2 minutes.band number was increased.
