甲醇同系化:反应变数的系统研究

摘    要:系统研究了催化剂组成及反应条件:I/Co、P/Co、第二金属组份、H_2/CO及反应温度等,对Co_2(CO)_8-PPh_3(或二磷)-CH_3I体系催化剂在甲醇同系化制乙醇反应中的催化性能的影响。这些变数对甲醇的转化率和乙醇的选择性的影响是强烈互相约制的。这些变数的若干优化组合,例如,对含PPh_3体系在I/Co=0.5、P/Co=1.5和H_2/CO=4;或对含二磷体系在相应比例为2、0.5和2或3时,乙醇选择性可高于85%。

Abstract:The effects of catalyst components and reaction conditions,such as I/Co. P/Co,catalyst co-metal, H2/CO ratio and reaction temperature, on the catalytic performances of Co2(CO)8-PPh3(or diphos)-CH3I systems for .methanol homologation to ethanol have been studied systematically. The effects of these variables on methanol conversion and ethanol selectivity were strongly interrelated.More than 85% selectivity to ethanol could be achieved for several optimum combinations of the variables,e. g., I/Co=0.5, P/Co=l.5 aad H2/CO=1 for Co2(CO)8-PPh3-CH3I system; and 2,0.5, and 2 or 3,respectively, for diphos containing catalyst.
