摘    要:通过吴茵搅拌器模拟剪切作用,研究了不同聚合物浓度、不同矿化度条件下聚合物视黏度与剪切作用间的关系;并加入交联剂进行成胶实验。研究结果表明,聚合物浓度越高,视黏度降低幅度相对小;矿化度低于5 029 mg/L时,聚合物视黏度保留率分布范围广;而高于该矿化度,视黏度保留率分布范围集中;剪切作用减小聚合物弱凝胶成胶后的视黏度,但胶体短期稳定性好;矿化度的增加会出现脱水现象,胶体短期稳定性差。

Abstract:This paper study the different polymer concentration, different salinity conditions on relations between apparent viscosity and shearing, simulating shearing through the Waring Blender, and adding cross-linking agent to gel experiment. The results showed that, the higher concentration of polymer, the smaller apparent viscosity decreased relatively. When salinity below 5029 mg/L, the polymer viscosity retention rate is wide distribution, but it is centralized distribution in the higher salinity solution. What"s more, polymer weak gel apparent viscosity decreases because of shearing, but short-term stability is well. And increasing of salinity, the weak gel performance poor and instability with dehydration.
