| 摘 要： | 目的：研究WWOX、S-100A4在宫颈鳞癌的表达及两者之间的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学S-P法，检测WWOX、S-100A4在60例宫颈鳞癌组织、20例癌旁组织和20例正常宫颈粘膜中的表达情况。结果：WWOX在宫颈鳞癌中表述明显降低；S-100A4在宫颈鳞癌中高表达。WWOX和S-100A4的阳性表达呈负相关。结论：WWOX和S-100A4的表达与宫颈鳞癌发生、临床进展及预后密切相关，二者在宫颈鳞癌中起相互拮抗作用。

| Abstract: | Obiective： To discuss the representation and significance of WWOX, S-100A4 in cervix squamous cell carcinoma. Methods：The representation of WWOX, S-100A4 in the 20 cases of normal cervical mucosa , 20 cases of adjacent cervical mucosa and 60 cases of cervix squamous cell carcinoma were cheeked by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results： The representation of WWOX was low.,but that of S-100A4 was high. The expression of WWOX was significantly negatively related to that of S-100A4 . Conclusion ：The positive stainings of WWOX and S-100A4 are relative to the carcinogenesis,progression and prognosis of cervix squamous cell carcinoma ,and they resisted on each other in cervix squamous cell carcinoma. |
