| Abstract: | Cai E＇ s letter to Mr. Yang written in 1906 is one of Cai E＇ s newly discovered articles. Through the textual research,this letter was written back to Yang Du between September and Mid-October in 1906 by Cai E and is of great value to the research of Cai E＇ s early activities and the formation of his military education thoughts. |
