| Abstract: | This paper describes briefly the knowledge about terms, terms work and terminology, gives a brief account of the development of terminology at home and abroad, and also analyses the situation and the reasons of the backwardness about terminology theory research in China. Finally the way to deal with the situation and the measures should be taken are outlined. |
