高职教师职业挫折期现状及应对之策

摘    要:高职教师在职业挫折期中会产生强烈的挫折感,若不能及时调整状态,对教师个人、学校以及社会都将产生负面影响。首先分析了高职教师在职业挫折期的表现,然后针对性地提出平稳度过职业挫折期的方法。

Abstract:Vocational college teachers maybe have a strong sense of frustration during professional setback period.If they cannot adjust their state in time,the strong sense of frustration will bring many negative effects to teachers,colleges,and even the entire community.The paper analyzes the situation of vocational college teachers during the period,and put forward some effective methods to solve these problems.
