电解法处理鱼粉废水

摘    要:研究实验室条件下电解法对模拟鱼粉废水处理的可行性.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了在pH=6、电解质投加0.6 g、直流电压20 V、电解40 min条件下化学耗氧量(COD)去除率达到88.4%,鱼粉废水经过电解处理后COD达到《辽宁省沿海地区污水直排入海域标准》,能够取得较好的有机物去除效果,具有工业应用前景.

Abstract:This paper introduced an application to treatment fish meal wastewater by dynamic electrolysis under the laboratory condition.The optical experimental conditions of this method were determined by monofactorial and orthogonal experiments at normal temperature,which were as follows: pH=6,the dosages of electrolyte is 0.6 g,the voltage of electrolysis=20 V,t=40 min.Under the optical conditions the COD removal efficiency amounts to 88.4%,and discharge criterion can be reached.This method can efficiently degrade the organism in fish meal wastewater and it has great applicable industrial foreground.
