成年比格犬血液生理生化指标的测定

摘    要:目的 探讨成年比格犬(Beagle)的血液细胞计数及血液生化指标的特性。方法 采用日本光电MEK - 5 1 2 6血球计数仪、荷兰半自动生化仪对7月龄及8月龄的比格犬血液细胞计数及血液生化指标进行测定。结果 7月龄比格犬的Hgb、TP、ALP和Ca ,雌性高于雄性;UA、LDH -L、Cl和Mg指标,雄性高于雌性;8月龄比格犬的中性细胞和Cre ,雄性高于雌性;CK、TP、LDH -L、Ca、K、Na ,雌性高于雄性。年龄之间比较:8月龄比格犬的单核细胞、TiBil、TG、GPT、TP、A1b、Ca、Na比7月龄的高,G1u、CK比7月龄的低。其它指标差异不显著。结论 成年比格犬的某些血液生理生化指标在不同性别和年龄段上存在差异。总体指标比较稳定,反映出该群体是一个遗传性比较稳定的封闭群体。

Abstract:Objective To obtain the basic data of biological parameters of Beagledogs in adult. Methods Routine methods and instrument were used to determine the biological parameters of 7months old and 8 months old over Beagle. Results There were a few significant differences in Beagledogs between sexs (male and female Beagle). The parameters of Hgb、TP、ALP、Ca of female Beagledogs were higher than those of male Beagledogs in seven months old, while the parameters of UA、LDH-H、Cl、Mg of female Beagledogs were lower, and the parameters of neutral cell and Cre of male Beagledogs were higher than those of female Beagledog in eight months old. There were also a few differences in Bagledogs between different ages. The parameters of CK、TP、LDH-L、Ca、K、Na of eight months old Beagledogs were higher than those of seven months old Beagledogs, while the parameters of Glu、Ck of eight months old were lower. Other indexes were no significant differences. Conclusion There are significant differences of some biological parameters in different sexs and ages. The all indexes are relatively stabilization, which indicated that the Beagle colony has been a comparatively stable closed colony.
