| 摘 要： | 本文讨论技术理性张扬与科学基础的关系，分析了随着科学基础的变化，技术理性发展的未来所存在的由自身的升级来纠正以往偏差的可能性。指出工具理性向价值理性的转变和提升是技术理性向前推进的重要方向，而价值理性的复归将在工具理性继续发展的基础之上完成。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the relations between technological rationality spreading and scientific foundation, and analyses the possibilities corrected the deviations of previous technological rationality by the escalation of technological rationality developing with the changes of scientific foundation. The paper points out the transformation and the promotion of implement rationality to value rationality are the important course of technological rationality advaneing, hut the regression of value rationality will he aecomplished on the developing foundation of implement rationality. |
