摘    要:本文首先通过实例阐述了基于生物反应器生物过程多尺度分析的过程优化技术和基于细胞生理特性与生物反应器流场特性研究相结合的生物过程放大技术原理和应用方法,并根据生物过程环境对生物细胞生理特性的影响,提出把环境组学作为系统生物学研究的一部分,用系统生物学的方法对生物过程开展全域性(global)研究,即基于生物过程信息处理的生物过程系统工程研究,以期进一步推动我国生物反应器生物过程优化与放大研究的深入开展。

Abstract:The current strategies for industrial bioprocess optimization and scale-up were presented firstly by several practical examples.Then the interactions between environments in a bioreactor and the metabolism of cells were discussed in detail and it was concluded that the envirome should be a crucial element to be considered in the study of bioprocess in the context of systems biology.Finally systems bioprocess engineering, a new strategy for the optimization and scale-up of industrial fermentation processes, was put forward based on the integrated analysis and utilization of all information collected from outside and inside cells in a bioreactor.
