对我国经济的高速增长未能促进高就业,导致经济发展与就业和再就业的不协调发展等许多社会问题的产生进行了剖析,认为必须加大产业结构调整的力度,积极引导第三产业的发展,以促进就业率的提高和就业弹性的不断攀升,扩大就业容量,促进三次产业的平衡与协调发展。

Quality Analysis of Economy Development and Employment Growth

Puts forward that the high-speed growth of our country's economy has not promoted employment,but has led to the incongruence between economy development and employment/reemployment and many other social problems.Considers that the readjustment of industrial structure must be strengthened,and the tertiary industry must be positively directed,so as to increase the employment rate and the flexibility of employment and enlarge the employment capacity,which may foster the balanced and coordinated development of the tertiary industry.
