| 摘 要： | 在介绍中国茶文化与栽培史的基础上,指出:中国是最早发现和利用茶树的国家,古今各国的茶树都直接或间接引种于我国;中国的茶文化对世界上其他国家产生了深刻影响.我国西南部和南部不仅是山茶属与茶种的现代中心,也是它们的起源中心.制茶、饮茶和植茶的科技进步历程,反映了茶文化的科学技术发展史. |

| Abstract: | China is the origin of tea culture,and the tea trees of other countries of the past and the present have been introduced from China directly or indirectly.They have been deeply influenced by Chinese tea culture.The southwest and the south of China is the distribution centre of world's genus and species of camellia as well as the evolution centre of tea trees.The process of tea making,drinking and cultivation is reflectve of development of tea science. |
