摘    要:介绍了一种利用霍尔效应实现位移测量的新型传感器,实验研究表明:在3mm的量程范围内精度可以达到0.01mm.应用这种传感器,可以实现钢管、钢棒、钢丝绳等细长构件的直径动态连续测量.

Abstract:A novel sensor for displacement measurement based on Hall effect is described. Experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of the sensor is 0. 01 mm within the range of 3mm. The sensor is characterized with simple construction and low cost. It can be applied to the on-line measurement of the diameter of a steel rod, steel pipe, steel wire rope or any other slender components. It can be used also to measure the thickness of the non-magnetic materials. As the magneto-electric effect is adopted, the accuracy of the displacement measurement will not be affected by the existence of non-magnetic materials such as oil, and magneto-electric effect is adopted materials such as oil and mud.
