| 摘 要： | 针对建立精馏塔严格动态机理模型的复杂性以及机理模型应用的诸多不便，提出了一种综合共轭梯度和自适应变步长的优化ＢＰ算法，并利用该优化ＢＰ算法建立了精馏塔的预测模型。仿真结果表明，该算法不仅收敛速度快，学习精度高，而且有效避免了常规ＢＰ算法的局部极小值问题。

| Abstract: | In allusion to the complexity in developing a strict dynamic mechanism model of distillation column and the trouble in applying the mechanism model, an optimal BP algorithm combined with conjugate gradient and self adaptive variable step is proposed, and a predicting model of distillation column is built. The results of simulations show that the algorithm can not only converge quickly and learn accurately, but also effectively overcome a local optimal solution which often occurs in general BP algorithm. |
