地面注水管网腐蚀防护措施研究

摘    要:针对大庆采油一厂介质腐蚀机理、腐蚀特点,开展了缓蚀剂、涂层、阴极保护等防护措施研究.通过技术经济对比分析得出:复合脂肪胺型缓蚀剂性能好,缓蚀剂投加剂量为80 mg/L时,缓蚀率达到96.7%,且该缓蚀剂的水溶性好;环氧酚醛类涂层性能较佳,阻抗终值在107 Ω·cm2以上;阴极保护效果较好,被保护体电位均在-0.85V以上,达到保护电位.

Abstract:According to the corrosion mechanism and characteristics of the pipeline network of oil recovery plant No.1 in Daqing oil field,various protection measures about the inhibitor and coating and cathodic protection were investigated.Through technology and economic comparison analyses,it is considered that:(1) Composite aliphatic amine corrosion inhibitor has better performance;Corrosion inhibition rate can reach 96.7% when corrosion inhibitor is 80 mg/L;It has better water solubility also.(2) Epoxy phenolic co...
