嫁接苗木自动化品质检测与分级研究

摘    要:利用计算机图像处理技术,结合目前自动化嫁接技术的发展与特点,模拟人的分级选苗过程,设计出苗木自动化品质检测与分级软件。利用该软件进行瓠瓜、西瓜苗木品质检测试验,结果与人工检测相比0级苗与1级苗的准确率均达到了100%,实现了苗木嫁接前的自动选苗。有利于进一步提高苗木嫁接质量,推动我国工厂化培育嫁接苗的快速发展和促进自动化嫁接技术的完善与发展。

Abstract:On the basis of the previous development and characteristic of automatic grafting technique,by simulating the classfication process of man work,the author built up a model for automatically computer classification by applying computer graphics processing technology and made out a software about nursery stock automatic the quality examining and grade of the grafting.After the quality examining experiments about watermelon and bottle gourd dealt with by the software,the result shows the comparison of the quality examine between using software and manual work can achieve the accuracy rate at 100% by software when testing the quality of Zero grade?1st grade nursery stock. The development of industrialized drafting seedling and consummation of automatically grafting seedling technique in our country can be prompted by mproving the quality of grafting nursery stock.
