摘    要:本文讨论了稀土元素用于改善铸造镍基耐蚀合金性能的可能性和效果。试验结果 表明,往镍基耐蚀合金中添加适量的稀土能明显地细化合金的晶粒,改善碳化物的形 态和分布,阻止碳化物的集聚,使夹杂物含量减少.改变夹杂物形态,使其细化.球 化和呈弥散分布,其结果是提高了耐蚀性能,而且还提高了强度和改善了切削加工性 能。

Abstract:The possibility and effectiveness of using RE elements to improve the properties of cast Ni-base corrosion-resistant alloys are discussed in this paper. Experimental results show that, by adding suitable amount of RE into Ni-base corrosion-resistant alloy, the grain size can be remarkably refined; the morphology and distribution of carbides can be improved, the agglomeration of carbides can b~ prevented, the amount of non-metallic inclusions can be minimized; the inclusions can be refined, granulated, and dispersively redistributed. The results mentioned above can enhance the corrosion-resistant property, while the strength and machinability can be improved as well.
