街舞常见运动损伤及防护

摘    要:本文运用文献资料法、访谈法,就街舞常见运动损伤进行调查和总结。结果发现,街舞容易产生急性和慢性运动损伤,根据调查表明街舞最容易产生关节的扭伤,特别是腕关节和腰部的扭伤,以及肘关节的扭伤急性扭伤类型,其次还有肌肉的痉挛和拉伤,而慢性损伤也主要是以腰部和骨骺损伤为主。练习者要根据不同的损伤要有针对性的及时处理,避免更多的运动伤害。

Abstract:This paper the use of literature, interviews on hip-hop common sports injuries investigate and summarize , Hip-hop prone to acute and chronic sports injuries, according to the survey indicate that the hip-hop most prone to joint sprains, wrist and waist sprain, sprained elbow sprain acute type a lesser extent, muscle spasms and strain, chronic injury mainly waist and epiphyseal injury. Practitioners to have a targeted and timely processing depending on the injury, avoid sports injuries.
