高等院校外籍教师管理的问题和对策研究

外籍教师已经成为高校教育体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。研究发现虽然在语言教学方面，外教相对于本土教师外教在教学中具得天独厚的优势，对高等教育的发展产生了极大的促进作用。但是，高校对外籍教师管理过程中存在问题更应得到重视。在认真进行问题分析，和借鉴对外汉语教学以及以往外籍教师管理经验的基础上，提出建立外教胜任力模型、“横纵向联合教学，外教管理“特别化”、外教管理的制度化和规范化等对策，以提高教学质量，推动高校教育进步和高等教育发展。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Management of Foreign Teacher in the Institutions of Higher Learning

Foreign teacher has become an important part of the higher education system. Based on the survey in parts of China, the foreign teachers have unique advantages in teaching language related to the local teachers, promoting the development of the higher education greatly. But, the problems existing in the management of foreign teachers should be seriously paid attention to. On the basis of analyzing the problems and drawing lessons from foreign language teaching as well as the previous experience in managing foreign teachers, put forward a series of countermeasures, such as joint teaching on the the transverse and longitudinal , administration of foreign teachers ＂ specialization ＂ , teacher ＂s specialization, standardized the management and so on. In order to improve the teaching quality, promote the progress of higher education and the development of higher education.
