| 摘 要： | 阐述了科技资源共建共享的必要性,列举了国外信息资源共建共享的典型范例,从充分发挥科技图书情报部门的领唱作用、政府宏观协调和各阶层鼎力相助、妥善解决科技资源共建共享的知识产权问题等3个方面,提出了我国进一步实现科技文献资源共建共享的对策.

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of co-consles of co-constructintructing and sharing of sci-tech literature resources, lists some foreign typical exampg and sharing of sci-tech literature resources, and from three aspects of giving full play to the role of the leading singer of the sci-tech books and information institutes, making macroscopic coordination by the government and providing help by various social classes, and making proper settlement of the intellectual property fight in co-constructing and sharing of sci-tech literature resources, etc., puts forward some countermeasures for further realizing co-constructing and sharing of sci-tech literature resources in China. |
