| Abstract: | The model of consumption principle to realize the optimal growth of the regional economyis proposed on the base of analysing the relation of production and consumption with consumptionutility as optimization object. According to the model, the numerical value of the optimal control ofconsumption is given in order to realize the ninth five-year plan of the regional economic growth. |
