摘    要:纳米二氧化钛粉末具有不同于常规材料的特殊性能,在环境保护、化工、医疗卫生等高科技领域有着广泛的应用前景.溶胶-凝胶法是制备纳米二氧化钛粉末常用而有效的方法.以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,以乙醇为溶剂,未添加任何添加剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在中性环境下合成纳米二氧化钛粉末,通过XRD图对所得样品进行表征.探讨了试剂的配比、煅烧温度对溶胶-凝胶法制备的二氧化钛晶型转化温度的影响.

Abstract:Nanometer TiO2 powder has different properties from the common materials. It has an extensive application perspective in high technology fields such as environment protection, chemical engineering, medical treatment and public health, etc. sol - gel is a common and effective method to prepare nanometer TiO2 powder. Due to the numerous studies about sol - gel process under different conditions, in this experiment, nanometer TiO2 powder is synthesized by sol - gel method under neuter condition, with Ti|O - Bu|4] as precursor, C2H5OH] as solvent, and without any additive. At the same time the experimental techniques of XRD and FTIR are used to characterize the synthesized specimens. So the study investigates in the influence of the proportion of reagent and roast temperature on the phase transformation temperature of nanometer TiO2 powder prepared by sol - gel.
