YCJ减速机-电机系统扭转振动动力学分析及实验研究

摘    要:为解决YCJ减速机-电机系统的输入轴常因负载变化引起扭转振动而破坏系统的问题,对该轴系的扭振传递模型进行了详细分析,并对YCJ一级减速系统进行集中质量力学模型简化。以简谐激励为例,从理论上推导出电机输出轴端的受迫扭转振动方程,并对主振型进行简略分析。通过实验,验证了该扭振方程的正确性。本研究可将其推广到其他级的YCJ减速系统,为检测该系统的故障提供理论依据。

Abstract:The rapidly rotated input-shaft of YJC redactor-electronic motor system often induces torsion with the change of load,which destroy the system,so it is very important to analyze the torsional vibration model of this shaft.This paper makes a concentrated quality dynamic model of YJC single stage redactor system,taking the simple harmonic excitation as an example,deduces the forced vibration equation of the electronic motor's output-shaft in theory,and analyzes the fundamental mode simply,these offer proof for checking malfunctions of the system.The vibration equation is proved right by the experiment and may be refered by other YCJ redactor system.
