| 摘 要： | 采用Agilent DB-624毛细管柱色谱柱,FID检测器,DMF为溶剂,建立了顶空气相色谱法同时测定琥珀酸索非利新原料药中乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、异丙醚、二氯甲烷、甲苯6种残留溶剂的分析方法.结果显示,6种残留溶剂在各自的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(分别为r=0.9997~0.9999,n=6),最低检出限范围为0.147~0.871μg;平均添加回收率为98.64%~101.79%(RSD为0.26%~1.58%,n=3).方法简单、灵敏、可靠,适用于琥珀酸索非利新原料药中残留溶剂的分析检测.

| Abstract: | The paper is going to establish the head-space gas chromatography for the determination of resid-ual solvents of ethanol ,acetone ,ethyl acetate ,isopropyl ether ,dichloromethane ,toluene in raw material drug of solifenacin succinate .Agilent DB-624 capillary column is used ,with FID as detector and DMF as the solvent .The results show that linear responses are obtained for the 6 residual solvents in their respective concentration ranges (r=0.9997~0.9999 ,n=6 ) ,and the limits of detection are 0.147~0.871μg .The average recoveries are 98.64% ~101.79% (RSD=0.26% ~1.58% ,n=3 ) .The conclu-sion drawn from the paper is that the method is simple ,sensitive ,and accurate for the analysis and determi-nation of residual solvents in raw material drug of solifenacin succinate . |
