| 摘 要： | 呋苄青霉素钾是一种广谱抗生素 ,文章通过共沉淀法合成了呋苄青霉素钾与铜 ( )的固体配合物 ,通过红外光谱 ,热谱 ,扫描电镜等手段确定了呋苄青霉素钾与 Cu2 形成了稳定的配合物 ,初步推断出配位点 ,最后通过核磁共振氢谱进一步确定了该配合物的配位位置 ,并探讨了配位机理 |

| Abstract: | Furbenicilin potassium is one of the antibiotic with broad spectrum.Solid complex of Furbenicilin Potassium with transition metal ion Cu 2 was synthesized by coprecipitate method.The complex site and the complex mechanism were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectra(IR) and 1H-NMR,and all techniques proved the formation of complex of Furbenicilin Potassium with Cu 2 and the complex site were N and O,repecfively. |
