辅酶Q_(10)和甘露醇在挤压伤中的治疗作用

摘    要:
本文采用32kg重物挤压家兔双侧后肢大腿和臀部5h,复制出挤压伤的动物模型,在此模型上观察挤压伤动物血浆SOD、MDA、NAG、及组织MDA变化,并分别采用自由基清除剂辅酶Q_(10)和甘露醇进行治疗.实验结果显示,挤压伤后血浆MDA、NAG呈持续性升高,组织MDA也升高,血浆SOD活力则逐渐降低,应用辅酶Q_(10)和甘露醇以后,能明显降低血浆MDA、NAG和组织MDA,并减少血浆SOD降低程度,表明二者对挤压伤确有治疗作用.

Abstract:
A rabbit model of crush injury was reprodused by curshing the hindlimbs for 5h. The experiment showed that the MDA, NAG of plasma and the MDA of tissue in the CoQ10 and manintol groups were significantly lower than in the NS group after crush injury. Results suggest that the CoQ10 and manintol may be anti-lipid peroxidation reaction and therapeutic effects on crush injury.
