论高校人文社会科学专业认证的实施策略

高等教育专业认证的目的在于评价高等教育专业水平,促进专业质量的改进和提高.目前我国的高等教育专业认证虽有一定的发展,但仍然存在着认证专业数量少,覆盖面窄的问题,这种现象在人文社会科学领域尤为明显.由于人文社会科学的属人性、社会性和抽象、隐性的影响力等特点,我们认为人文社会科学专业认证的重点是构建适合人文社会科学的认证标准和认证体系.在具体的实施过程中,首先要提高重视程度,理清运行机制；其次要尊重学术特点,建立认证体系；最后要重视认证结果,促进认证国际化.

On the Strategy for Implementing the Specialized and Professional Accreditation in China

The specialized and professional accreditation aims at evaluating the specialties of higher education and boosting the quality of specialty education. At present, the specialized and professional accreditation in China has already grown; however, it is limited in a few specialties, and is hardly involved in the field of humanities and social science. The humanity, sociality and abstract and recessive clout of humanities and social science make it essential for us to establish the criteria and system of accredi- tation peculiar to the specialties in this field, to achieve which we have to lay more stress on the specialty accreditation of humani- ties and social science and rationalize the implementing policy, to establish accreditation system in terms of the scholarly peculiar- ities of humanities and social science, and to try to take advantage of the accreditation results and advance the accreditation inter- nationalization.
