| 摘 要： | 对 Sn O2 陶瓷导电薄膜的特性、导电机理、制备、应用进行了叙述 ,并且利用喷涂热解工艺制备了 Sn O2 陶瓷导电薄膜 ,探讨了掺杂剂Sb的掺杂量、喷涂溶液的浓度对 Sn O2 导电薄膜电阻值的影响

| Abstract: | In this paper,the character,conductive mechanism,preparation and application of the SnO 2 based conductive thin film have been elaborated,The thin film has been prepared by spraying hot hydrolysis.The ineffects of the dope agent contents,as well as spraying liquid concentrations on room resistance values of SnO 2:Sb film are discussed. |
