逆转泵作液力透平径向力的分析

摘    要:为了研究泵逆转作液力透平时径向力对泵轴的影响,选取比转速为23.1和55.7的离心泵逆转作液力透平进行数值模拟试验,探讨液力透平的性能特性和叶轮耦合面上的静压分布规律,结果表明:径向力的产生主要是由引水室内液体对叶轮周向压力分布不均匀引起的;液力透平径向力的大小随着流量的增加而逐渐增大,径向力的方向在沿液流距隔舌80°~130°之间.

Abstract:Aimed to study the effects of the radial force of a centrifugal pump acting as a hydraulic turbine on the pump shaft,two centrifugal pumps with specific speeds of 23.1 and 55.7 were selected to do the nu rnerical simulation and analyze the performance characteristics of a centrifugal pump used as a turbine and the static pressure distribution of the coupling surface of the impeller. The results show that the radial force is mainly triggered by the uneven distribution of tangential pressure of the liquid in flume on the im peller,the radial force of the hydraulic turbine gradually increases with the increase of flux,and the direc tion of the radial force is 80~~130~ away from the tongue along the liquid flow.
