外源物质对龙牙百合试管苗生物量的影响研究

以龙牙百合脱毒组培苗为试验材料，在培养过程中分别添加不同浓度的植物激素、碳源物质，结合龙牙百合周期培养的生物量进一步探讨外源物质与培养周期的相关性。试验结果表明，龙牙百合小鳞茎在激素6BA0．5mgL^-1、NAA0．25mgL。随着培养时间延长，鳞茎生物量增重率增加；在激素6BA1．0mgL^-1IBA0．25mgL^-1随着培养时间延长，鳞茎与叶片比值率下降；在蔗糖25gL^-1鳞茎生物量明显高于其它组合。

Effects of Exogenous Substances on Biomass of Test-tube Plantlets of Liliym Brownii Var. Virdulum

The virusless test-tube plantlets were used as test materials in this study.The growth of biomass in the cultural cycle of the plantlets of Liliym brownii var.virdulum,which were cultured in mediums with different concentration of phytohormones and carbides,was tested and further the related correlation between the exogenous substances and cultural cycle was studied.The results of the test showed that the growth rate of biomass of the bulbs of Liliym brownii var.virdulum cultured in the medium with 6-BA 0.5 mgL-1 NAA 0.25 mgL-1 was related to the extension of cultural period;the ratio of bulb and leaf decreased along with the extedsion of cultural period when the bulb was cultured in the medium with BA 1.0 mgL-1 IBA 0.25 mgL-1;the biomass of bulbs,which were cultured in the medium with 25 gL-1 sugar,was greater than that which were cultured in the medium with other compositions.
