摘    要:
为了寻求一种高效的气体水合物生产方式,提出了利用喷雾喷嘴高度分散液相的气体水合物生成装置,在不同的压力与表面活性剂条件下进行了实验.并结合晶体化学方法分析了喷射方式生成气体水合物的机理.验证了这种方式能够克服工业规模下水合物储存气局限性,将促进气体水合物储气应用技术的发展。

Abstract:
In order to produce the hydrate having a high concentration efficiently,a new apparatus is proposed for hydrate formation by spraying water into a gaseous phase with a nozzle.It can contact hydrate producing substance and water with a large contact area.The experiments are carried out in spraying reactor under different isobaric and surfactant condition.The mechanism of hydrate formation by spraying atomization is studied with the theory of crystal chemistry.The development overcomes major limitation of future hydrate use in a industrial-scale natural gas storage process,Which will promote the advance of gas storage technology in hydrates.
