力学原理运用于田径普修课教学效果研究

采用力学原理分析与技术讲解相结合的教学模式,对上饶师范学院体育系40名学生进行田径普修课教学实验.结果显示,此模式能够增强学生学习的兴趣,提高学生学习的积极性,集中学生的注意力,加深学生对技术动作的理解,并能够改善学生的技术动作质量,有利于形成正确技术动作的动力定型,提高教学效果.
