| 摘 要： | 本研究用多种化学发光法测定了河狸香抗氧化作用，结果表明，河狸香能有效地清除Ｏ２，ＯＨ和其它活性氧，抑制脂过氧化，是一种良好的抗氧化剂。

| Abstract: | In this paper, effects of Castor antioxidation had been measured by many kinds of chemiluminescence. The results showed that Castor can effectively scavenge O. OH and other active compounds of oxygen. It can inhibit lipid peroxidation. It is a good antioxidant. |
