离子液体AHNR3与AOHNR3的SO2吸收解吸行为研究

摘    要:文章研究了AOHNR3与AHNR32种离子液体的SO2吸收解吸行为,探讨了羟基对吸收的影响.在298.2 K下,含羟基的吸收剂AOHNR3吸收SO2的摩尔分数x (SO2)为55.2%,吸收剂AHNR3吸收x(SO2)为72.9%;在373.2 K条件下SO2解吸率高于96.0%,且循环性能稳定.与吸收剂AHNR3相比,AOHNR3能更快速地达到吸收平衡;2种离子液体吸收SO2具有高容量和快速的特点,可以在相对低的温度下吸收SO2,在比较高的温度下能有效地解吸,吸收和解吸过程可以循环操作并且吸收剂可以回收;因此,吸收剂AHNR3和AOHNR3可以作为SO2液态吸收剂,应用于含有SO2的气体纯化.

Abstract:The behavior of SO_2 in ionic liquids AOHNR_3 and AHNR_3 was studied comparatively, and the effect of hydroxyl in AOHNR_3 on absorption was discussed. The SO_2 absorption fractions obtained at 298.2 K were 55. 2% and 72. 9% for the absorbents AOHNR_3 and AHNR_3 respectively. On the other hand, a thermal desorption recovery with the fraction of higher than 96.0% was achieved at 373. 2 K with stable cycle performance. Absorption equilibrium can be reached more quickly in AOHNR_3 than in AHNR_3. These absorbents adsorbing SO_2 at a relatively low temperature were effectively desorbed at higher temperatures with a high capacity and rate. The absorption and desorption process could be repeatedly operated, and thus the absorbents were reused. The absorbents AH-NR_3 and AOHNR_3 showed a good potential application as the liquid-state SO_2 absorbent in purification of gas containing SO_2.
