摘    要:针对开发优良力学性能冠脉血管支架的测试需求,研究开发了一套基于机器视觉技术的多功能血管支架力学性能测试装置,并应用所研制的测试装置对自主研发的薄壁微管雕刻316L不锈钢冠脉支架介入过程中的柔顺性、径向支撑力以及支架植入后脉动流环境下的血流动力学特性等多项力学性能进行测试.测试结果表明:该支架具有良好的输送性能;其径向支撑力为180kPa;该支架植入后降低了支架段血管内壁的壁面剪应力,特别是支架近前端和近后端处为低剪应力区,易导致内膜增生而出现再狭窄.测试过程表明,该测试装置满足冠脉支架的多种力学性能测试需求.

Abstract:In order to improve the design and manufacturing of coronary stents,an in-vitro test apparatus for the measure of stents' mechanics properties based on machine vision technique was developed.Relevant experiments were designed and performed to evaluate an independent designed thin-walled cutting tubular 316L stent with its transportation performance,radial strength during the intervention, and hemodynamics in pulsatile flow after the implantation.It is found that the stent has good transportation performance...
