| 摘 要： | 当前,大学生就业难已成为急需解决的社会问题,我们可以从社会学的角度探讨大学生就业难的原因,并从加强政府在大学生就业中的主导作用、继续深化教育体制改革、用人单位端正用人观念、加强人才储备及大学生努力提高自身素质等方面探索缓解大学生就业难的对策。

| Abstract: | In modern times, the difficulty of university students' employment has been a social problem which should be solved immediately. We can discuss its reasons from sociology, and explorer the countermeasures from many aspects, strengthening the government's leading importance, going on deepening the reform of education system, the employing companies building up right conception of employees, enhancing reserve of elitists and graduates improving their ability, etc. |
