沥青焦制备高比表面积活性炭的正交法研究

摘    要:用正交实验的方法系统研究了以沥青焦为原料,KOH为活化剂,通过化学活化法制得高比表面积活性炭,对制备高比表面积活性炭的条件进行了优化,并综合分析了各种因素对高比表面积活性炭吸附性能的影响。

Abstract:The influence of preparation conditions on the properties of super activated carbon such as coke size, the quantity of KOH, activation temperature and time were investigated by orthogonal intersection method, which explains why some factors are more critical than others during the preparation of activated carbon as well as give the optimized condition.
