摘    要:分析了综合交通体系下不同时间价值的出行者路径和方式的时间、费用交易选择行为.运用了交通方式路径虚拟和对路径费用重新排序的方法,给出了双准则交通分配和方式划分的综合模型、有效路径算法和用户均衡算法.通过计算机模拟的方法,举例分析了交通改进措施和交通政策对交通分配和方式划分的灵敏度.模型可以更加真实地反映出行者在权衡时间价值和费用下的路径和方式选择,并可定量研究交通方式服务水平提高和交通政策对交通方式引导和缓解路段拥挤的作用.

Abstract:Travelers'paths and modal choice behavior was analysed through time/cost trade-off based on their heterogenous value of time in integrated transportation system.A bi-criteria combined traffic assignment and modal split model and algorithm of efficient path and user equilibrium were put forward through cost reordered virtual paths.Sensitivity analysis of service improvement and transportation policy was conducted given by computer simulation.It can reflect the travelers' paths and modal choice truly under the balance of monetary cost and value of time.It can be used to study the quantitative impact of trip mode inducement and reduce the congestion by improving lever of service and transportation policy.
