基于在场价值提升的高校课堂吸引力重构研究

摘    要:大学课堂是高校教育的前沿阵地,因此大学课堂缺乏吸引力势必会影响课堂实践、师生和谐和教育的良性循环。针对部分教师、学生的不作为及高等教育机制和体制的弊端,应从提升师生的在场价值出发,重构大学课堂吸引力。一是从根本上扭转教学为辅的高等教育体制;二是打破教师主导课堂的传统模式,创新教师—学生的互动模式,构筑"多联、互动、发展"的课堂和"教师—学生—高校—社会"四位一体的育人环境,培养良好的育人机制。

The Reconstruction of Attractive University Classroom based on the Present Value Promotion of the Teachers and Students

Abstract:University classroom is the forefront of higher education,the unattractive classroom will certainly affect the classroom practice,and the benign cycle of harmony and education between teachers and students.Aimed at the omission of the teachers and students and higher education mechanism and institutional malpractice,from the present value of the teachers and students,the effective measures reconstructing the attractive university classroom fundamentally includes reversing the teaching auxiliary system of higher education,breaking the traditional pattern of the teacher-led classroom,innovating the interactive model of teachers-students,building the "multi-linked,interactive,development" classroom and the quaternity educational environment linking teachers,students,universities and social,and developing good educational mechanisms.
