Factors Affecting Tourists' Satisfaction in Patriotic Tourism Scenic Spots and Improvements: Based on the Investigation of Shaoshan in Hunan Province

Tourists＇ satisfaction in patriotic tourism scenic spots is crucial to its sustainable development. The author investigates the satisfaction of individual tourists and self-organized group of tourists in Shaoshan tourism scenic spots. The results indicate that tourists＇ high satisfaction in the exhibition of patriotic resources, but low satisfaction in its overall image and service, which is revealed in the investigation and urges for improvement.
