中厚板立辊轧机主传动系统扭振非线性研究

摘    要:根据中厚板立辊轧机的实际参数,建立了轧机主传动系统的4自由度非线性振动模型,采用MATLAB软件编程求出了振动方程的数值解,并用相图和庞加莱映射的方法分析振动系统随电机激振频率变化的准周期运动和混沌运动现象。

Abstract:A four degrees of freedom non-linear dynamical model on vertical vibration system of the medium vertical roller mill had been established. Numeric results of vibration equations was figured out by Matlab software. Used the method of Phase graph and Poincare section to discuss phenomenon of quasi-periodic and chaotic vibrations of the vibration system with the electrical excitation frequency changes.
