混沌海杂波背景下的弱信号检测

摘    要:讨论了海杂波背景下的弱信号检测问题。经典的统计检测理论把海杂波作为随机信号处理的做法大大降低了信号检测的性能。利用海杂波为混沌信号这一先验知识 ,采用神经网络相空间重构的方法 ,对淹没在混沌背景下的弱信号进行检测处理 ,同时针对模型误差及不同信号形式就这一问题进行了全面分析。理论分析和仿真结果表明 ,此方法能有效地实现混沌海杂波背景下的弱目标检测 ,具有很高的改善因子。

Abstract:This paper discusses the detection problem of the weak signal submerged in the background of sea clutter.The classical statistical detection theory taking sea clutter signal as stochastic signal, greatly reduces the capability of signal detection. In this paper,the prior information that the sea clutter is in fact chaotic is exploited. The weak signal submerged in the background of chaos is detected by using neural network's method to restruct phase space. The model error and different signal forms are also considered.The results show that this method can detect the weak signal in the background of chaos effectively.And high improvement factor is obtained.
