| 摘 要： | 新疆维吾尔自治区的能源开发加剧了水土流失,使得本就脆弱的生态环境显得越发脆弱.水土流失不仅使国民经济蒙受重大损失,也对公共安全、生态安全和土地资源、水资源保障构成巨大挑战.本文对新疆维吾尔自治区的水土流失带来的经济损失情况进行定量分析,为从水土流失带来经济损失的角度核算能源开发水土保持补偿标准提供依据.

| Abstract: | of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region energy development intensifies the soil and water loss, makes this is vulnerable ecological environment appears even more vulnerable. Water and soil loss is not only the national economy suffered heavy losses, but also to the public safety, and ecological safety and land resources, water resources guarantee constitute a huge challenge. In this paper, the soil erosion of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region with the economic loss Situation, and quantitative analysis, for soil and water loss from the point of view of economic loss brought accounting energy development of soil and water conservation and compensation standard, provides the basis. |
