基于虚拟维修仿真的维修性分析系统设计与实现

摘    要:提出了基于虚拟维修仿真的堆修性分析系统的结构框架,并进行了系统的设计,系统主要由虚拟维修样机模块、维修仿真模块,维修性分析与评价模块以及系统管理模块等4个功能模块组成。在Jack软件平台下进行了系统开发。以某装备部件拆卸为例,对系统进行实例验证,达到设定目标。

Abstract:The framework of virtual maintenance simulation -based maintainability analysis system was put forward. The system was designed according to its framework. The system consists of four function modules, virtual maintenance prototyping module, maintenance simulation module, maintainability analysis module and system management module. The system was developed with Jack software as the platform. With a mechanism as an example, all functions of the system were demonstrated.
