摘    要:研究了添加剂BN对(Sr0.4Pb0.6)TiO3V型PTCR陶瓷材料电性能和显微结构的影响,试验结果表明,BN含量在0.1% ̄0.4%范围内可以改善材料的显微结构,降低室温电阻率和烧结温度,从而使材料获得良好的V型PTCR电性能。

Abstract:This paper studies the effects of additives BN on the electrical properties and microstructures of V_type PTCR (Sr 0.4 Pb 0.6 )TiO 3 ceramics. The results of experiments show that the content of additives BN from 0.1% to 0.4% can improve the microstructure of ceramics, reduce the room_temperature resistivity and the sintering temperature, thus resulting in satisfactory electrical characteristics of V_type PTCR.
