摘    要:白洋淀是华北平原地区重要的湖泊,对调节该地区的防洪排涝具有不可替代的作用.目前,白洋淀面临的2个主要的问题是防洪排涝的科学调度和预防发生生态干旱.本文对白洋淀内366 km2的地形进行了数字化处理,绘制了白洋淀在防洪水位下水域面积的分布情况,并给出了所谓“干淀”及发生生态干旱时,白洋淀具体的水域分布范围,为科学调水及时补充提供更加准确的信息.

Abstract:Baiyangdian Lake is an important lake in North China Plain,that is the key hinge engineering on controlling flood for this area.Today,two urgent problems that Baiyangdian Lake has to face are,1) the scientific dispatch for flood control;and 2) the prevention from occurring eco-drought.In this paper,the relief map of Baiyangdian Lake(totally 366 km~2) was digitized,and the distribution area of water at the guard water level was given too.The area distribution of Baiyangdian Lake at eco-drought water level was also detailed,which provide the necessary information for allocating water,supplying water for the Lake.
