| 摘 要： | 在Cleeb-1500热力模拟试验机上采用双道次压缩法,研究了IF钢高温铁素体区变形后道次间隔时间内的软化行为根据实验数据分析了温度与间隔时间对其静态软化行为的影响,并且得到IF钢的铁素体静态再结晶激活能为Qrec=115kJ/mol,建立了静态再结晶动力学数学模型。

| Abstract: | The static softening behavior between passes of IF steel was investigated using double-pass compress test in Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator.On the basis of experiment data,The affect of the temperature and the space between passes to static softening behavlor was analyzed.And the value of ferritic staticrecry stallization activation energy(Qrex=11kJ/mol) was gotten.Still static recrystallization kinetics equation was obtained. |
